History:
It had been an easy start, in life. Caidas was born into a loving pair of equines who cherished their only son. Caidas was, the hero. He always had been from a young age, rescuing their god's first born from the jaws of many predators many times. At the tender age of three, the god took away his mother for what his father called "a good old seeing too". Caidas saw the bitter regret in his father's eyes. The young duke ignored it, allowing his mind to wander over the hours that were to pass. His mother never returned...neither did his sire after the god returned and his lover didnt. Caidas moved on swiftly, running free with the other equines in the godly harem.
After many months, Caidas fell in love with a lass from within the herd. Now at the ripe age of twelve, he fell head over heels for the ivory arabian. Yet later to be taken by his leader once again. His heart was broken. Caidas left, wandering into the long forgotten valleys. The god followed him, demanding he return to the herd before dawn. Caidas denied it and turned away before the god tried his luck with Caidas. Thankfully the god was weak and was easy enough to bring down, though the battle was long and strenuous. As victor, Caidas asked for certain things from this god. Which he received. Caidas left, travelling over many lands, saving herds from the brink of destruction to leading others into famine and bloodshed. The ebony duke preferred the latter. The satisfaction from pain and screams drove his own mind to the insecurities of madness. His inner connection with Hades was strong, yet not complete thankfully. Caidas reached the lands on which he now, telling you his story. A story which may now continue and become the nightmare youve always forgotten.
