-Click-Name: Blood Rising Age: 3 Gender: Male deity-or-Normal: Normal Personality: Blood Rising is quite a hard equine to understand - due to a mulitple amount of things. For one, he no doubt has a problem with moodswings. His mood changes on a dime and he is hard to predict, one second he can be calm and collected and another he's striking out with nothing but blood on his mind. When they happen others find themselves either very confused or trying to get as far away from him as possible. But this isn't the only thing that makes him quite unlikeable. Unlike most horses, Blood Rising is schizophrenic - though this didn't start all too long ago. Currently, his symptoms include: Social withdrawal, Hostility, Suspiciousness, Flat, expressionless gaze, Inability to cry, Inability to express joy, Inappropriate laughter, Inappropriate crying, Depression, Insomia, Odd and irrational statements, Forgetful; unable to concentrate, Extreme reaction to criticism, & Strange use of words and way of speaking. He also has something known to as Clang, meaning that he breaks out in rhyme. The only thing is, these rhyme's have no meaning and are very confusing. And, once or twice, he's been known to have imaginary conversations with a being known as Argos. No one but Blood Rising knows who this is. It's gotten to the point where Blood Rising is seen as either crazy or childish - depending on when you actually try to converse with him. He definately needs a role model or something.... Freaky huh? Likes:- Rhyming - Talking To Self - Talking To Others (sometimes) Dislikes: - Being Made Fun Of - Extreme Weather - Sleep Fears: - That Someone Is Out To Get Him - That No One Will Ever Understand Him - Falling Asleep And Never Waking Up Hopes:- That Someone Will Actually Try To Listen To Him One Day Dreams: - (Same as hopes) Appearance: Standing at 16.3 hands tall, Blood Rising is a full-blooded Andalusian. His frame is the definition of the breed, strongly built and compact. With a long, broad neck and thick mane and tail. The fine furs gracing his hide is a very dark bay, almost to the point of being black - all depends on the lighting. His mane and tail are long and thick, his long forelock shadowing his large eyes. The roots of these tassels are the same color as his pelt, only they are streamed with an orangy-red color, becoming all the broder at the tips. His eyes are the opposite of colors. His left eye is the darkest black, the pupil fading into the iris, while the left is bright blue, clashing against the black dot. His legs are long and strong, his muscles rippling beneath his tight skin. He's in shape and at first glance, handsome and totally normal. Family Connections: {Mother|Siriah|Alive} {Father|Toren|Deceased} {Brother|Rhex|Alive} History: Blood Rising's birth was quite normal, with the exception of a twin - Rhex. The herd they grew up in wasn't the nicest, a place where only the fittest could survive. Coming out of the womb first, Blood Rising was meant to take the throne when his father passed away and was quite a good choice. He was strong and fit, able to hold his own when fighting with other colts, his posture always claiming the dominance he deserved and fought for every day. He was treated with respect, his word taken over any other equines in most cases - so he got away with murder. And I mean that literally. When he was just over a yearling he drowned a filly after a very childish arguement in a game of tag. Though the stories of the other foals all matched, they were simply ignored and Blood Rising's word taken over theirs. During his growth and under Toren's rule, the herd grew nice and fit, with new foals every spring and a sturdy heirarchy. It wasn't until he turned 2 that Blood Rising's mental illness came around. It wasn't an over night thing, and when he was already so aggressive and violent, wasn't taken note of until 3 months after it had started occuring. He began to act out of the ordinary, with too many symptoms to list in one biography. Some of them included holding awkward poses for long amounts of time, talking to himself, making rhymes that made no sense; becoming paranoid. Soon it became apparent that he was not fit to rule and, when Rhex was taken over him, he was instantly shoved to the end of the food chain. He was made fun of and picked on constantly and this only made things worse. That's when his first episode with Argos occured. During this conversation, he wandered away from the herd and has been on his own ever since then.
